CONVENTION POLICIES AND MISCELLANY
MRHA Convention Attendance Policy: Only current members of the Milwaukee Road Historical Association, their family and guests, former Milwaukee Road employees and those participating directly in the convention are permitted to attend.
Display tables: Any member or dealer is permitted one complimentary sales and/or display table. Anyone requiring more than this amount will be asked to donate $10 per additional table to the MRHA Emil Skok Restoration Fund. The number of tables is limited so reservations should be made as early as possible.
While MRHA is proud to present a diversified and interesting conference to its members, as detailed above, forces beyond its control may cause cancellation or change in the activities or the program. Such cancellations and alterations may be made without notice and do not constitute breach of contract on the part of MRHA.
REFUND POLICY
MRHA will refund any canceled convention package moneys (minus 10% service charge) if notified in writing (postmarked) or e-mail the MRHA Office by June 1, 2011. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2011 except in cases of emergency (serious illness, death in family, etc.)
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The convention rates DO NOT include the cost of the hotel room. YOU must make your own reservations.
