Policies

Return/Refund Policy

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of the material if is unused. Defective material may be returned in the same time period after sampling reveals the product to have a defect. Refunds will be given for unused materials less postage. Full refunds including postage will be given for defective material.

Privacy Policy

The Milwaukee Road Historical Association's policy is to keep all information we receive totally confidential Any information provided to us will be used only for the purpose of filling orders and will not be shared, given or sold to any other organization.

Shipping Policy

Delivery will be by U.S. Mail, normally within 3 weeks after receipt of an order. If a product is currently on back order, the customer will be notified by email of the delay in completing and sending the order.
